miss arabelle enjoys caleb too?? heheh i didnt know (♡ˊ͈ ꒳ ˋ͈) hi hi pretty, thank you sm for ur sweet words... my answer would beeee, being mental to an extentshdjhfdjhfd im very bad with time management, i feel like the only reason i can find time to draw is because it feels like im gonna get depressed and stressed and eventually explode if i dont. ill take a half hour break from studying mid finals week just to doodle something cute for myself, because i deadass cannot continue functioning if i dont. thats why most of my art is usually self insert in some way or has the very personalized version of a character. miss caleb? >draw caleb. feeling sad? >draw caleb being caring to mc. no one is drawing caleb in pink leopard gyaru? >draw it myself. there probably is a way to schedule things better and improve art more efficiently but im usually too tired after uni to draw, sometimes u just wanna get ur food and youtube after a long day yk... i def get how u feel, pls dont beat urself up over it (੭ ;´ ⌂ `੭♡ when i started uni, i had to drop my ocs and stop trying to draw fully rendered bg pieces every week. i told myself id use the little time i have to draw the things that i actually want, without caring too much about the perfection. there were times where i felt very guilty about it and as if my art was downgrading, but i think it was the healthier decision in the long run! pluss a big part of art is observation and curation, even when youre not actively drawing your subconscious is collection information for you to produce bangers when u eventually do draw! once art stops feeling like a constant pressure(or becomes enough of a pressure that you have to drop what ur doing and drawlmaoo), you'll find yourself drawing without using energy to try and determine a timeframe for it! i think! ( °ヮ° ) i hope my words can help somehow bcuz your rendering is yummy and id love to see more of it!
